DENTON KELLER
Denton comes from a family of business owners and entrepreneurs rooted in Kansas, which shaped his interest in real estate and long-term value creation from an early age. He began his career in ministry before transitioning into commercial real estate appraisal, where he is a Certified General Appraiser with experience valuing properties across multiple asset classes. Denton remains active in appraisal and also owns real estate investments, giving him a unique combination of analytical and ownership perspectives, including the use of creative financing strategies. Outside of work, Denton enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active outdoors, and remaining grounded in his faith.
J. TAYLOR
J.’s career has focused on commercial real estate brokerage and transitional management services. He works with property owners, investors, and businesses to evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and create long-term value in a unique and evolving market. J. is particularly interested in projects that strengthen communities and support economic growth, bringing a practical, collaborative approach to each engagement with a strong belief in getting the details right and focusing on the fundamentals that drive successful outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, traveling, and staying engaged in the Lawrence community.
